Sedin Golf Resort celebrated its fifth birthday.
On April 29, 2022, it was exactly 5 years since the day the ribbon was ceremoniously cut at the opening of the golf resort in Sedín.
Although it doesn't seem like a long time, we did a lot in Sedín. We have grown, we have reformed, we have organized, we have laughed with you, and we have enjoyed your victories. Our club teams participated in SKGA and ASGS competitions. We have been living here with you for 5 years.
We are very proud that in the summer of 2021 Sedin had the honor of hosting the European Senior Men's Team Championship 2021, which was attended by teams from 23 European countries. You were also present - members of our club - as volunteers, and you spent a wonderful week of European golf with us.
All this was reminded in the speech of the club president Jaroslav Lacuška at the birthday tournament, to which our loyal members, friends and partners were invited.
On Friday, April 29, 2022, we all met on the course in perfect sunny weather and in a good mood. After all, what could be better than celebrating with a bunch of friends. We played the wound tournament with only five clubs in our bags and there were 5 symbolic members in each team.
At five o'clock, when announcing the results and slicing the birthday cake, the players found out with whom they were actually competing in the team. The original trophies that the players won were traditionally prepared for us by Slávka Tajcnárová.
It has been a pleasure to prepare such an exceptional birthday for our members and we are glad that you have accepted our invitation.
