Dear members and friends of Sedin Golf Resort.
We have the whole 2018 season behind us and here we are offered various evaluations and balancing.
Last season, a number of commercial tournaments took place on our course, where hundreds of players met in a pleasant atmosphere and with top service. Sports tournaments were also held in Sedín, either under the auspices of the SKGA or other associations of golfers.
In addition to tournaments, we have been visited by a number of players who return to us regularly, but also by new players who only discover the charm of Sedin Golf Resort.
In club tournaments, we played a total of 23 competition rounds last season. Club tournaments included HCP tournaments, 9-hole tournaments, Texas scramble doubles, as well as the opening tournament of the season and club championships. Vladimír Veselovský became the club champion and Iveta Kokošová is the acting club champion.
In the year-round ECLECTIC competition, we played a total of 15 rounds. A total of 129 players took part in them. GRANDEN GOLF CUP tournaments and GOOD MORNING tournaments were included in the competition. According to the competition, the condition for evaluation was to play at least 8 tournaments per season. Unfortunately, this was not possible for any of the players involved in the competition. The main prizes of both categories are therefore being moved to competitions next season, in which - as we firmly believe - even more players will take part in the competitions.
ECLECTIC rankings and results- category +4 - 18,4 and category 18,5 - 54.
Nevertheless, we will at least allow an unofficial evaluation:
The most successful player in the ECLECTIC competition, in the category +4 - 18.4 was Peter Lieskovský, who had the best score of 66 shots after completing 4 rounds.
In the category 18.5 - 54 the least amount of shots on 18 holes played Jaroslav Belovič and p. Július Haško, who finished with the same score - 87 shots, while Mr. Haško had more rounds played.
The season is slowly coming to an end, but we at Sedin Golf Resort are not the end. Vice versa. We're getting started. We are already preparing new tournaments and events for the 2019 season for all of you who love golf as much as we do.
